32 DIÁLOGOS TERRITORIALES SOBRE DESIGUALDAD
Los diálogos territoriales sobre desigualdad son una agenda de diálogos a lo largo de Colombia que reúne las voces de académicos, líderes comunitarios, artistas, empresarios y personas del común para discutir las causas, consecuencias y soluciones a la desigualdad en nuestro país desde un enfoque territorial. La Universidad de los Andes, en colaboración con reimaginemos y TREES (Teaching and Researching Equitable Economics from the South), nos brindó la oportunidad de desarrollar la identidad gráfica del evento; nos enfocamos en el estudio y diseño de un concepto visual que capturara la diversidad de Colombia. Dado que el país está situado en el trópico, presenta una notable heterogeneidad territorial, climática y gastronómica. En este sentido, optamos por representar cada región a través de colores y formas distintivas que reflejaran las características únicas de su geografía.
32 TERRITORIAL DIALOGUES ON INEQUALITY
The Territorial Dialogues on Inequality is an agenda of dialogues throughout Colombia that brings together the voices of academics, community leaders, artists, entrepreneurs and ordinary people to discuss the causes, consequences and solutions to inequality in our country from a territorial approach. The Universidad de los Andes, in collaboration with reimaginemos and TREES (Teaching and Researching Equitable Economics from the South), gave us the opportunity to develop the graphic identity for the event; we focused on the study and design of a visual concept that would capture the diversity of Colombia. Since the country is located in the tropics, it presents a remarkable territorial, climatic and gastronomic heterogeneity. In this sense, we chose to represent each region through distinctive colors and shapes that would reflect the unique characteristics of its geography.
